Bestest Birthday!

I definately had one of the bestest birthdays this year! (Last thursday) It was a great day! I had a relaxing morning emailing, surfing the net, designing and getting lots of loves and hugs from my special little Natalie.

Then for lunch, my mom took us (Jim got the afternoon off!!) out to one of my favorite restraunts, Fiesta Mexicana. I definatley ate too much but still had to squeeze in a Fried Ice Cream!! Have you ever had one?? They are the best. Yummy!! Make me want one right now! ...well any ice cream would do right now! Hmmm... is it too late to go to the store?? Oh yea I was talking about my birthday...

Before we ordered, Jim pulls out a package from the diaper bag and hands to me. It was wrapped in a brown paper bag type wrapping with little men cut out from a magazine saying "You are really gonna like this" and "Hurry up and open it!" I was a little nervous for any of the waiters to see it because I did not want them to know it was my birthday! If it is your birthday, they come and plop a HUGE scary looking sombraro (sp??) on your head, sing to you, put whip cream on your nose and then take a photo to hang in the entryway. Not really my idea of fun!! So anyway I quickly oppened the package and in my hand is the newest version of Photoshop!!! Photoshop CS2!! I was quite excited to say the least!!

After we were done stuffing ourselves, we (Jim, Natalie, and I) went to check the mail. I got a sweet special card from my dear sis!! Made me smile BIG! :)

Then we headed to the river. We had a great time relaxing in the sun, splashing in the water and digging in the dirt! When we first got there, Natalie kept saying Ba, Ba, Ba. Finally I realized she was saying BATH and pointing to the river! She is so adorable! I just love that little thing!

So I had one of the best days.. spending time with my family and just relaxing. I really need to do more of that! Just enjoying the moment and not worrying about anything else!
